01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any part of the gbagie.net platform. Access to and use of gbagie constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on this site from time to time.

Your continued use of the gbagie platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

02 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The gbagie platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. We take our age-verification obligations seriously and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must also confirm that:

• You are accessing gbagie voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or depositing funds.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online casino or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from gbagie or had an account closed for fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
• The funds you deposit on the gbagie platform are not derived from any illegal source and do not constitute proceeds of crime.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on gbagie, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one account per person. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gbagie will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gbagie reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

gbagie operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions made through supported BDT payment methods.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though gbagie reserves the right to apply limits to accounts flagged during compliance review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Once your identity has been confirmed, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. gbagie does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.4 Deposit Limits for Responsible Gaming

Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from their account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

gbagie offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• gbagie reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Active bonus rounds already in progress will be honoured under their original terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.

5.2 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.

06 User Obligations

As a registered user of gbagie, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to exploit the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in live games, poker, or any competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the gbagie platform without written authorisation.
• Posting, uploading, or transmitting any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content via any communication channel on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or game malfunctions to secure winnings that would not have been achieved under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through a known malfunction are void.

gbagie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the above conduct, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, gbagie will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

07 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Available Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all gbagie services. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by gbagie

gbagie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, provision of false information, underage gambling, or regulatory requirements. In the event of a closure due to confirmed fraudulent activity, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your gbagie account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your designated payment method after identity verification, provided no withdrawal holds are in place.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gbagie will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy maintenance fee, which will be deducted from any real-money balance. If the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbagie platform — including but not limited to the gbagie brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gbagie or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gbagie platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gbagie content without express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of gbagie's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbagie, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the gbagie platform.

• gbagie does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or entirely free of errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical disruptions may occur.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gbagie reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account.
• gbagie is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's side.
• gbagie's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

gbagie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on record. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the gbagie platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the gbagie platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.
